1.Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website (the “Site”) and set the general ground rules for working with ServeCurrent (“we,” “us”). By using the Site or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
If you become a client, your signed proposal or service agreement governs the services we provide. If it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement wins.
2.Who we are
ServeCurrent is a business based in Florida, United States, owned and operated by Isaiah Ausbon. You can reach us using the details at the end of this page.
3.Who may use the Site
The Site is for adults and businesses. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and, if you act for a business, that you’re allowed to do so.
4.Our services, prices and proposals
- Service descriptions on the Site are general. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any work are set out in a written proposal you approve before work begins.
- Prices on the Site are starting prices for one location, shown in US dollars, and may exclude applicable taxes. They aren’t an offer we’re bound to accept, and they may change before you sign a proposal.
- Timelines on the Site are typical ranges, not guarantees. Many steps depend on your approvals and on third parties, such as phone carriers approving texting registrations or ad platforms reviewing campaigns.
- Demonstrations on the Site, such as “Example Plumbing,” the sample conversations and the 555 phone numbers, are fictional and for illustration only. The self-check is a quick self-assessment, not a professional audit.
5.No guaranteed results
We work hard to bring you more calls and booked jobs, but results depend on things we don’t control, including search engine and ad platform algorithms and policies, competition, your market, your pricing and how your business follows up. We don’t guarantee any specific search ranking, number of calls, leads, bookings, reviews or revenue, or that a platform will approve an ad, a Local Services Ads application or a texting registration. Anyone who guarantees a #1 Google ranking is guessing.
6.AI agents and automations
- Our AI agents work from the information and rules you approve. AI can still make mistakes, so important details, such as quotes, prices and appointments, should be confirmed by you or your team.
- An AI receptionist is not an emergency service. Anyone with an emergency should call 911.
- We configure required notices, such as the AI and call-recording notice at the start of a call and STOP handling for texts. As the business, you remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your communications with your customers, including getting any consent needed for marketing messages.
- Automations depend on the third-party tools they connect to. We test before launch and monitor afterward, but we can’t control outages or changes made by those providers.
7.Third-party platforms and accounts
Our services use platforms such as Google, Meta, Twilio, phone carriers, hosting providers and payment processors. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, which you agree to when you or we set up accounts on your behalf. We recommend that key accounts are held in your name. You pay ad budgets to the ad platforms and phone and texting usage to Twilio directly. We aren’t responsible for third-party platforms’ actions, outages, fees or policy changes.
8.If you become a client
To deliver good work, we rely on you to:
- give us accurate information about your business, services, prices, hours and licenses, and keep it up to date;
- review and approve AI scripts, website pages and ad campaigns before they go live;
- provide access to the accounts we need, and keep your own passwords secure;
- run a lawful business and hold any licenses your trade requires; and
- pay invoices on time, as your agreement describes.
9.Using the Site responsibly
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- submit false information, spam or someone else’s details without permission;
- scrape, copy or harvest the Site’s content or data by automated means, beyond normal search-engine indexing;
- try to break, probe or get around the Site’s security, or interfere with how it works; or
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with a person or business.
10.Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, animations, code, the ServeCurrent name and logo, are owned by ServeCurrent or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own reference. Anything else, such as copying, republishing or using our content commercially, needs our written permission.
Some parts of the Site use open-source software, which is provided under its own license. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client’s agreement.
11.What you send us
When you send us information, you allow us to use it to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything, though we’re always grateful.
12.Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices.
13.Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components.
14.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ServeCurrent will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
For client services, the limits in your signed agreement apply instead. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15.Indemnity
If you misuse the Site, break these Terms or the law, or send us content you don’t have the right to share, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that we incur as a result.
16.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most problems can be solved with a conversation. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and we both agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
17.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes don’t affect a signed client agreement unless you agree to them in writing.
18.General
- If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours with the business.
- We aren’t responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms are the whole agreement about your use of the Site. Questions? Use our contact form and mention “privacy” or “legal” in your message.
