1.Who we are and what this covers
ServeCurrent (“ServeCurrent,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a business based in Florida, United States, owned and operated by Isaiah Ausbon. We provide AI agents, business automations, websites, search engine optimization and digital marketing for local businesses.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website (the “Site”), contact us, receive messages from us or become a client, and the choices you have. It doesn’t cover websites or services run by others, even if we link to them. When we handle information about our clients’ own customers, section 11 explains how that works.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and audit requests: your name, business name, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, website, the services you’re interested in, the plan you selected and your message. If you include your self-check results, we receive those too.
- Text-message consent: if you tick the optional box, a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, the phone number, the date and time, and the page where you agreed.
- Communications: what you send us by email, phone, text or video call, and our notes from those conversations.
- Client information: if you become a client, your business details, the information you approve for your AI agents and website, access you grant to your accounts (for example your Google Business Profile, website, calendar, Twilio or ad accounts) and billing contact details.
- Payment information: invoices are paid through our payment processor. Card and bank details go directly to the processor; we don’t receive or store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Technical and log data: like most websites, our hosting provider records information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time. It’s used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and fix problems.
- Privacy-friendly analytics: we may use our host’s analytics, which count page views in aggregate without cookies and without following you across other websites.
- Settings stored in your browser: your choice to turn animations on or off is saved in your browser’s local storage, and a session flag stops the opening animation from replaying. These stay on your device and aren’t sent to us. The self-check runs entirely in your browser unless you choose to send us the results.
Information from other sources
- Public business information: to prepare competitor audits, we review publicly available information about businesses, such as Google Business Profiles, public websites and public reviews. This is information about businesses, though it can include names that a business publishes.
- From our clients: information our clients provide or that their customers share while using services we run for them (see section 11).
3.How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your questions, prepare your competitor audit and send you a proposal;
- provide, set up, run, support and improve the services you buy from us;
- schedule calls and appointments and send messages about your request or account;
- send invoices, take payments and keep accounting records;
- send you updates or marketing, where the law allows, with an easy way to opt out at any time;
- keep the Site and our systems secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems;
- keep records that show we followed the law, such as consent and opt-out records; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
AI tools. We use AI tools to deliver parts of our services, such as AI receptionists, drafting and analysis. When an AI provider processes personal information for us, it does so on our behalf, under its business terms, only for the task we give it. We don’t use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4.Text messages (SMS)
If you give consent, for example by ticking the optional box on our contact form, we may text you about your request, audit, proposal, appointments and account. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. The full program details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that help us provide the messaging service, such as our phone and messaging provider. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5.Phone calls, recordings and transcripts
Calls to a number we operate, or to a client’s number answered by an AI agent we run, may be answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. Florida law requires the consent of everyone on a recorded call, so these calls start with a notice that the call is answered by AI and recorded. If you don’t want that, you can end the call and contact the business another way.
Recordings and transcripts are used to provide the service (for example, to take a message or book an appointment), to review quality and accuracy, and to keep records. For client calls, the client decides how long they are kept.
8.How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, then delete or anonymize it:
- Inquiries that don’t become clients: for as long as we’re in conversation, and up to 24 months after the last contact, so we have context if you come back.
- Client records: for the length of our relationship, and afterward for as long as tax, accounting and legal requirements require (for example, financial records are commonly kept for up to seven years).
- Consent and opt-out records: for at least four years after your last message from us, so we can show we had your permission and honored your choices.
- Information we process for clients: as the client instructs and our agreement with them allows, and then deleted or returned.
Backups are kept for a limited time and are overwritten on a rolling basis.
9.How we protect information
Security is part of how this business was founded: our founder’s background is in incident response and cybersecurity engineering. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication on business accounts, private networks for our internal systems, and careful choice of service providers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law, including the Florida Information Protection Act.
10.Your rights and choices
Some state laws give residents specific privacy rights. Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a reason the law allows;
- stop sending you marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP); and
- withdraw consent you gave us earlier.
To make a request, contact us. Use our contact form and mention “privacy” or “legal” in your message. We’ll confirm your identity before acting, for example by checking the email address or phone number on file. You can use an authorized agent if you give them written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need more time. If we decline your request, we’ll explain why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.
11.Information we process for our clients
When we run AI agents, automations, websites or campaigns for a client business, we may process information about that business’s own customers, such as callers’ names and numbers, messages, appointment details, call recordings and transcripts. We do this on the client’s behalf, following its instructions and our agreement with it. The client is responsible for its own privacy notice and for any consent its customers must give.
We use this information only to provide the services the client asked for. We don’t sell it and don’t use it to market our own services. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to access or delete your information, please contact that business directly; we’ll help them respond.
12.Children's privacy
The Site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. They aren’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
13.Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers mainly store and process information in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
14.Other websites and platforms
The Site may link to other websites, and our services use platforms such as Google, Meta and Twilio. Those companies handle information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
15.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We’ll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date, and if a change is significant, we’ll give clearer notice, such as a notice on the Site or an email to clients.
