Meet the founder

I served. Now I build.

I'm Isaiah Ausbon, a combat-disabled U.S. Army veteran. I served nine years before I was medically retired, and I still run on what it taught me: plan the mission, do the job right when no one is checking, and own the result. ServeCurrent is veteran owned and operated, so when you work with us, you work with me.

My career has been in cybersecurity, in incident response and cybersecurity engineering. Along the way I found myself falling in love with AI and automation, more with every system I built.

What drives me is helping people. I saw a real need: business owners who know technology could save them time, money and headaches, but don't know where to start or how to put it to work. That's who ServeCurrent is for.

I design and build every system myself, set it up with the security habits incident response teaches, and explain all of it in plain English. Local service businesses keep every town running. They deserve technology that works as hard as they do.

What veteran owned means here

Mission first. Integrity always.

The habits service builds are the ones a local business needs from its tech partner.

  • Mission first

Every engagement has one objective: more booked jobs for you. Every script, page and campaign points at it.

  • Integrity in writing

Scope, fees and timelines are in writing before work starts. If it isn't written down, it isn't promised.

  • Own the outcome

Every month you get a plain-English review of what happened, good or bad, and what changes next.

  • Security built in

A background in incident response and cybersecurity engineering means your accounts, data and automations are set up with security in mind from day one.

The craft

AI and automation, built to do real work.

AI and automation are what I love building. Here's what that looks like for a local business, from the first missed call to the review after the job.

  1. Missed callCaller hangs up at 6:12 pm
  2. Instant text backSent in seconds
  3. BookedAdded to your calendar
  4. Review requestAfter the job is done
An example automation, start to finish. Each step runs on its own.
  • AI receptionists

Voice and text agents that answer your calls, capture the details and book the job onto your calendar.

  • Automations

Workflows that connect your phone, calendar, inbox and reviews, so the follow-up happens without anyone having to remember it.

  • Websites

Fast, search-ready sites built from what your competitors do well and what they miss.

Who we work with

Businesses that run on the phone.

Plumbers, roofers, landscapers, groomers, shops and studios: businesses where a missed call is a missed job, and where the owner is usually the one too busy to answer.

We’re based in Florida. We start every engagement the same way, with an honest look at how you compare to the businesses your customers are choosing instead, and we put every decision in writing.

The name

Two words, one job.

Serve
Technology should work for your customers and your team, not the other way around.
Current
Local search, phones and ads change constantly. Our job is to keep you current while you do the work.

Stay current. Go further.

Start with a competitor audit. You'll see where calls are slipping away and the three fixes that matter most.
