Business Automations

Automations that do the busywork for you.

Every new lead, quote, invoice and review request follows the same steps, every time, without you having to remember them. We map how your business actually runs, build the workflows between the tools you already use, and test them before a real customer ever touches them.

What you get

Everything inside Business Automations.

  • Leads straight into your CRM

Calls, form fills and messages land in one place with the details filled in, instead of on sticky notes and in inboxes.

  • Instant follow-up

New leads get a timely reply and a next step, following the texting and email rules that apply to your business.

  • Quotes and invoice reminders

Quotes go out on time, reminders follow up on their own, and paid invoices update your records.

  • Review requests after every job

Every customer is asked for an honest review when the job is done. No filtering and no incentives.

  • Reports that build themselves

A plain-English summary of leads, jobs and follow-ups, pulled together automatically each month.

  • Monitored, with alerts

If a step fails, it retries or alerts us, so a broken connection doesn't quietly drop a customer.

Watch a workflow run

One new lead. Every step, on its own.

This is what an automation does after a customer reaches out: the record, the reply, the quote, the reminder and the review request, each one logged as it runs.

  1. New lead: Website form: water heater leaking
  2. CRM record: Contact created and tagged urgent
  3. Instant reply: Text with a booking link, STOP to opt out
  4. Quote sent: Quote #1042 emailed for approval
  5. Reminder: Friendly follow-up the next morning
  6. Invoice paid: Payment recorded, CRM updated
  7. Review request: Sent after the job, to every customer

Example run with fictional data. Real automations are mapped to your process, tested on sample data and switched on only after you approve them.

Standards

Every automation, before it goes live

  • Built and tested on sample data first, then switched on only after you approve it.

  • Accounts and credentials stay in your name, and access is limited to what each step needs.

  • Every workflow has a failure path: retries, alerts and a clear record of what ran.

  • Texts honor STOP and emails carry an unsubscribe link, as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM require.

How it runs

Four steps, with your sign-off at each one.

  1. 1

    Map the workflow

We walk through how leads, jobs, quotes and invoices move through your business today.

  2. 2

    Design and approve

A written plan of each automation, the tools it connects and what happens when something fails.

  3. 3

    Build and test

We build in a test setup with sample data and run every path before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Launch and monitor

Switched on with your sign-off, then watched, reported on and improved every month.

Questions

Business Automations, answered.

What can you automate?

Most of the repeat work around a job: getting leads into your CRM, replying to new inquiries, sending quotes and reminders, updating records when invoices are paid, asking for reviews and pulling together monthly reports. We start with the steps that cost you the most time or the most missed customers.

Do I have to change the software I use?

Usually not. We connect the tools you already have, such as your calendar, email, CRM and invoicing, as long as they allow it. If a tool can't connect, we'll tell you and suggest options.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Every workflow is monitored. If a step fails, it retries or alerts us, and we fix it as part of your monthly plan. You also get a record of what ran and when.

How long does it take?

A focused workflow, such as lead capture and follow-up, usually takes 1–3 weeks from the mapping call, including testing. Bigger projects are planned in stages, with a date for each in your proposal.
